Ok so yesterday I went to the ortho.(ish) And I got this twin block appliance thingy. It is like a retaner but its on the top and bottom of my mouth and it is a lot bigger(and painful!) Well my teeth hurt like crazy! But the happy part of it is that it is rainbow so my mouth looks all pretty and colorful!
